The food was okay and the staff was friendly but forgetful. the hotel was also in a good location, close to attractions and activities. the room was spacious and had a nice view of the surroundings.
Our Christmas holiday was not as pleasant as we hoped at this hotel. the room was outdated, with worn-out furniture, and had a musty smell that never seemed to get better.

I was pleasantly surprised by the value for money at this hotel. The prices were reasonable and affordable, making it a great choice for budget travelers. Additionally, the staff were attentive and provided good service throughout my stay. The basic amenities in the room were sufficient, and I especially enjoyed waking up to the breathtaking view of the volcanoes. The breakfast spread was impressive, with a variety of options to choose from. I also appreciated the convenient location of the hotel, with a restaurant just down the street and easy access to the national park.
All was well, with no major complaints.

If you're looking for a comfortable base to explore the natural beauty of the area and get your gorilla adventures started, this hotel delivers. The rooms were clean, well-equipped and had comfortable beds, making our stay enjoyable. Offering a lovely view, the pool was a great place to unwind after a long day out. Another plus point was the hotel's location - the proximity to key sights and activities in the area was very handy. We appreciated the friendly staff who made sure we had what we needed, including a delicious breakfast to start our day.
There were a few minor issues that might irritate some guests. The Wi-Fi was a bit patchy, which was frustrating when trying to stay connected.

It was conveniently situated down the street from a good restaurant and a short drive from the national park. Our room was clean and had a comfortable bed with good blankets. the staff catered to our needs by accommodating an early breakfast so we could head out early for the trek. After our hike, the staff let us keep our room to shower even though we had already checked out.
It was disappointing to find that there wasn't a fridge in the room and no mosquito net provided.
